# Consulting and speaking: culture, OKR, performance

Invite Lê Quốc Khôi to talk, consult or speak about company culture, OKR and performance management. How we work in four steps and the topics I can cover.

## Who should get in touch

- Small and medium business owners — You want clearer goals, or a shared way of working for a team that is growing.
- Team leads and HR — You need a rhythm of feedback, review or OKR that the team will actually use.
- Schools, clubs and event organisers — You need someone to talk about building a company, operations or the topics below.

## How we work together

Four steps, starting small with a clear scope.

- First conversation — You describe the context and the goal. I ask questions to understand where the organisation stands.
- Review what is there — We look at how goals, feedback and decisions happen today, through documents and conversations with the team.
- Design the practice — We pick a small scope together: one team, one OKR cycle, one set of values or one feedback rhythm.
- Stay through rollout — We review after each cycle and adjust, until the team can run it without me.

## Three consulting topics

Each topic has a short guide on the blog; reading it before the first conversation is fine.

- Company culture — Choose core values, write them as behaviours, and wire them into hiring, review and recognition.
- OKR — Design OKR for a company or a team, set the check-in rhythm and run the end-of-cycle review.
- Performance management — Build the cycle from goals and feedback through review and development.

- Software — Building, choosing and running business software.
- System architecture — Splitting a system into parts and connecting them again.
- DevOps — Deployment, monitoring and continuous operations.
- AI — Using AI in work and in products.
- Vibe coding — Writing software with AI from a description.
- Customer journey mapping (CJM) — Mapping the journey from first touch to repeat visit and finding drop-offs.
- MarTech — Marketing tools and how to connect them to the data.
- AI in marketing — Using AI for content, segmentation and customer care.
- Digital marketing — Digital channels, content and measuring results.
- Company culture — How an organisation works together.
- OKR — Setting objectives and measuring results.
- Performance management — A five-stage cycle, from goals to review.

## Working principles

I make the scope clear before we start, and I do not promise quantified results before I know your team. I suggest what I have done or learned, and I say so when something falls outside what I know.

## Common questions

### Who is Lê Quốc Khôi's consulting for?

Owners of small and medium businesses, team leads, HR and training units who want to talk about management, digital transformation, OKR or company culture. You can start with a message describing the context.

### What should I prepare before the first conversation?

A short description of the context: team size, how you set goals and give feedback today, and the problem you want to solve. Existing documents help but are not required.

### What does it cost?

The cost depends on the scope of the work. I quote after the first conversation, once it is clear what you need.

### What should I send to invite a speaker?

Event name, audience, the topic you have in mind, time and place. Choose “Invite a speaker” in the contact form.

## Start with a message

Tell me the context in a few lines. I will reply through the channel you leave.
