I am Lê Quốc Khôi, founder of KDIGI and CEO of Ferry VN, working in Cần Thơ. This page is what I have done, how I think about work, and how to get in touch.
My story
I studied information security at FPT University Cần Thơ. Coming from security, I learned to treat permissions, backups and updates as part of how a system is designed, not as work bolted on at the end of a project.
On 26/05/2022, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, I founded KDIGI in Cần Thơ to help Vietnamese businesses adapt to doing business online. From the start KDIGI chose to grow slowly and steadily, with the quality of the service as the measure.
I am now CEO of Ferry VN Joint Stock Company. Ferry VN's system began as the internal software of a tour operator in Cần Thơ, written to handle the daily work with many ferry operators. In 08/2025 the team spun it out into an independent company.
KDIGI runs on OKR and values listening, sharing and cooperation. I write and talk about company culture, OKR and performance management, and I record what I actually apply.

How I work
I sum up my thinking in one sentence: “Rooted firm and reaching high, daring to think and do, wisdom, compassion, creativity in service.” The five ideas below explain it.
